Matthew 28:19-20 - "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

WYNNE BAPTIST MISSION STRATEGY
Here at Wynne Baptist Church we're serious about missions!  And we're excited about being a part of what God is doing here and all around the world.  To be sure that we as a church are being obedient to the Great Commission, we have adopted an Acts 1:8 strategy. 

Before ascending into heaven, Jesus told the disciples in Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth." 

We have done our best to center our missions activity around these four areas.  We see Jerusalem as our little town right here:  Wynne, Arkansas.  We see Judea as ministry to surrounding communities and the state of Arkansas.  Samaria is viewed as North America.  And of course the remotest part of the earth includes any ministry outside of North America.  Wynne Baptist Church loves to minister to the needs here in our own Jerusalem and also go to the ends of the earth!

HOW ARE WE INVOLVED?
> Short-Term Mission Opportunities - We take the Great Commission to heart and offer many short-term opportunities each year for you to be involved in taking the gospel around the world!

> Global Impact Celebration - Every year we invite several missionaries and missionary organizations to come and share with us what God is doing in their lives and to educate us about God's work in their part of the world. This is also an opportunity for our church family to make a personal commitment to either be personally involved on a short-term mission trip or to pray diligently for missionaries around the world! This allows Him to widen our territories and respond in obedience to GO and TELL.

> Prayer - Many within our church family have commited to pray for missionaries around the world, including those whom God has sent out from this local body of believers!
