Bible Study Opportunities:
James: Mercy Triumphs
Beth Moore Bible Study
Bible scholars compare James to the prophet Amos. In other ways
James more closely resembles the Book of Proverbs than any New
Testament book. Come along with Beth Moore on a journey to get
to know both the man and the Book of James. You will never be the same again.
Topics in this study include: joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer. Plus, Beth introduces a 5-tiered study approach that she has never done before.

Free Indeed: WBC Women’s Jail Ministry
Teams of women from WBC are visiting the female inmates in the Cross County Jail each week. We spend time sharing the Gospel and reading the Word of God. We also help meet practical needs by providing articles of clothing for warmth and bathing essentials. Please join us in making Christ known, for whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!
Tuesday afternoons - 1:00pm (contact Gina Clegg to volunteer)
Ministry Needs: Bibles, new long sleeve white shirts or sweatshirts, new white socks, new white towels and wash cloths
Childcare Policy:
Childcare is available free of charge 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the meeting/event for birth through second grade and must be requested in advance. Accommodations may be provided for children in third through sixth grade during some events when space is available. There are two childcare options:
•Reserve for the entire Bible study term
•Call on a per meeting/event basis
If you choose the second option, you must call by noon on the day prior to the meeting/event to confirm your reservation.
Regardless of which option you choose, you must call the church office if you will not be bringing your children on any given week, even if it is a last minute cancellation.
We desire to be good stewards of our childcare resources and staffing is based on the number of children who will be present at each meeting/event. Please help us in this way.
>> Women’s Ministry
Women’s Ministry focuses on a wide range of topics in each of the Bible-based study and fellowship groups created especially for women. You can share fellowship and accountability with other women while deepening your relationship with God. Regardless of your stage in life, Women’s Ministry has something to offer. Providing both morning and evening options, women can find a time that best fits their schedules.
